HOW IT WORKS

  • Step 1: Place Your Order


    After selecting an email blast (Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, or Alberta), place your order and choose how many blasts you'd like to send. There is a discount for ordering multiple blasts and there is no expiration date to send by.

    You can also sign up for a monthly subscription to save even more. There is a 3 month minimum term for Email Blast Subscriptions.

    If you'd like to send to a specific area, just let us know as we can target any location in British Columbia and Toronto, Ottawa, Mississauga, Markham, Vaughan and Whitby in Ontario.

  • Step 2: Send Your Content


    After placing your order, please fill out the Submit Your Blast form with the details of your blast.

    If you've designed your own ad, you can simply upload the finished PDF or image using the Submit Your Blast form. If you'd like us to design the blast for you, you can include the content for the blast when submitting the form.

    Please note, blasts are sent a minimum of three business days after recieving the order as we need time to prepare and approve the proof. If you wish to send a blast the same or next day, there is a rush order fee of $99.

  • Step 3: Receive Your Proof


    After receiving the Submit Your Blast form we'll send you a proof by email. From there, you can request any adjustments before approving it for sending.

    Once approved, the blast will be sent out at the scheduled time. 24 hours after sending, you are able to request the statistics for the blast, including how many people it was sent to, how many times the email was opened and how many times the included links were clicked.

FAQ

How many realtors will my blast be sent to?

The Vancouver and Toronto Realtor Blast is sent to approximately 4,000 realtors who are actively working in the chosen area.

The Commercial Blast is sent to approximately 2,000 active realtors.

Can I select which area my blast is sent to?

We can send our blasts to active realtors all across British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta. If there is a specific area you'd like to target, just let us know.

In Ontario we can send to Toronto, Ottawa, Mississauga, Markham, Vaughan and Whitby.

How long does it take to send a blast? I want to send it today.

A blast will be sent a minimum of three days after receiving the order, as we need to time prepare the proof and make any adjustments. For the same or next day delivery, we charge a $99 rush delivery fee.

Do I need to provide the blast or will you design it for me?

You are welcome to design and provide your own advertisement for the email blast. Simply submit your design using the Submit Your Realtor Blast Form.

If you'd like us to design the blast, include the content for your blast when submitting the above form.

Is your service compliant with Canada Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)?

Yes, our realtor email blast service is compliant with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Under their definition of implied consent, all emails on our list have been verified to meet the CASL's guidelines regarding implied consent.
